Terms and Conditions
Once you have finished shopping you will receive an email confirmation of your order and again when it is dispatched. We try to keep all of our products in stock however occasionally some items may be out of stock and unable to be re-ordered. We will notify you by email if your order needs to be postponed or cancelled.
We reserve the right to cancel your order if:
– We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered.
– We do not deliver to your area.
– One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typing error.
If we do have to cancel your order we will notify you by email and re-credit the debited amount back into your account as soon as possible. We are not obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment or inconvenience caused.
We do our best to ensure that all prices on our website are up to date and current at all times. However despite our best efforts some may be incorrect, in which case we will notify you straight away. All prices are subject to change and we retain the right to adjust prices at any given moment.
Please use the basket to calculate the cost of shipping. As they fluctuate, we cannot provide a static table of rates. The basic rate for shipping within the UK up to 12 kg is approximately £8 (incl VAT). The rates we charge for shipping are exactly as quoted to us by DHL, based on the weight of the order (whichever is the greater of mass or volumetric weight).
Orders to the European Union
Due to the new relationship between Britain and the European Union since 2021, orders to the EU should now expect to incur a VAT charge, and possibly an import charge, before the order's delivery, dependent on the value of the order. DHL will advise of this. We regret this state of affairs.
Orders placed on our website are processed at least once a week. We aim to dispatch orders within five working days. All orders are sent via DHL. Packages require a signature. Once dispatched you should receive your parcel within 1–2 days within the UK and 7–10 days for worldwide. On some occasions it may take longer and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. Each of our deliveries has a unique tracking code that we can use to trace missing parcels.
Christmas orders: In the week before Christmas we will ship orders as soon as we receive them, Monday to Friday. Orders received by midday (GMT) on Monday 21 December will be shipped that day. That will ensure that orders within the UK are received in the same week. We will resume the shipping of orders on Monday 4 January 2021.
For deliveries abroad the customer is responsible for all import duty and taxes controlled by the country of destination. We are not liable for any goods held or refused at customs. If there is any discrepancy between the shipping destination you have paid for and the country you would like the order delivered to we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund any monies paid back to your account.
Pricing and Payment
We process all payments including credit/debit card transactions through Shopify. All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and are subject to shipping charges.
Payments are processed through Shopify's checkout area ensuring that the payment channel is protected and secure. It has a 128-bit SSL certificate providing the same level of encryption as many large banks around the world and the checkout is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.
If you are unhappy with your product please notify us within three days of receiving your order. In the event of receiving damaged or faulty goods please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will receive a full refund if:
– Goods are returned to us within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
– Goods are returned in saleable condition with their original packaging.
We will not accept returns if the item indicates signs of use. In such cases the item will be returned to the purchaser. For accepted returns refunds will be made as soon as possible to the debited account excluding delivery costs.
Please note, we cannot refund postage costs and the cost of returned goods is at your expense. Please make sure the items are securely packed, as the parcel is your responsibility until the goods reach us. We are not responsible for goods being lost or damaged in transit.
We're sorry but we do not offer exchanges on goods.
Jasper Morrison Limited respects your privacy rights. When you purchase items from our online shop you will be asked to provide contact details and card details. Your contact details are stored securely and responsibly. We will use this data to process and deliver your orders efficiently to you. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.
We take all reasonable steps to protect your personal details. However, we cannot guarantee the security of any data you disclose online. You accept the inherent security risks of providing information and dealing online and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to our negligence.
